Gatherings

As expressed in The Outpost Manifesto,community is a core value of The Outpost.  Everyone is invited to experience community through a variety of meetings / gatherings / house churches that meet throughout the week.  You are invited to participate in any of these gatherings that may be of interest to you.  

Note: community is defined as open, honest, vulnerable, transparent, and authentic relationship with one another; participating in one another's lives; being real with one other; knowing and being known by one another; walking in the light with one another; me letting you "see" who I really am on the inside and you letting me "see" who you really are on the inside; being a true spiritual family together.

Sunday Worship – Sunday Morning – 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. – Experience the presence of God through the worship, the proclamation of God’s Word, and the sacraments during Sunday Morning Worship.  Call James at 314-581-7962 or Tony at 636-373-0745   

The “Café” – Sunday Morning - 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. – Visit the Café for some FFF (FOOD / FELLOSHIP / FUN) before church each Sunday.  Call Jamie at 314-210- 5885

Youth Group – Sunday Morning during church – Youth have fun and fellowship as they learn more about God.  Junior High & Senior High – Call Terry at 636-734-4075

Women’s Group – Occasional Meetings – (Women Only) - Fellowship, Fun, & Food around a variety of relevant topics for the ladies.  Call Sheri at 636-373-0726

Men’s Group – The men from 3 different churches in our area meet together every 6 - 8 weeks.  This includes Trinity Community Church... Lifespring Church... and The Outpost Church.  We typically have a steak dinner... great fellowship... and an interactive meeting concerning topics relevant to men.  Call Tony at 636-373-0745 

Feeding The Homeless – Saturday Afternoon – The Big Feast provides a meal every Saturday afternoon for the homeless of St. Charles.  Volunteers are needed.  For more information visit www.thebigfeast.wordpress.com.  Call James at 314-581-7962 

Men’s Power of Purity Group – Thursday Night – 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. – (Men Only) – The purpose of this group is to help men learn how to manage their sexual gift in a way that is honoring to God.  For more information visit www.powerofpurity.org.  Call Tony at 636-373-0745

Power of Purity & Broken and Beautiful - Variety of Times - The focus of this ministry is to bring God's healing to the sexual brokenness of peoples lives.  Initiatives include mens and womens groups, conferences and seminars, and ministry throughout the Missouri State Prison System.  For more information visit Power of Purity.  Call Tony at 636-373-0745
